The episode dives into tools and habits that help with mental clarity, especially when life starts to feel scattered or overwhelming. During the conversation, Greta talks about how she’s been using Neuralist as part of her own system for keeping everything organized.
Hearing someone walk through how the app fits into their real day-to-day life is always rewarding, and this was a particularly fun one for us.
A bit about Greta and the show
If you’re familiar with Greta’s work, you already know she’s involved in quite a few different projects. She hosts the podcast, works in the nutrition and wellness space, and creates music. With so many different threads running at once, having a system that keeps everything clear and manageable becomes pretty important, and Neuralist has become part of that system for her.
If you haven’t listened before, Thought Experiment Called Life is a thoughtful and engaging podcast that explores creativity, health, mindset, and the ways people structure their lives to support the things that matter most. Greta combines practical ideas with personal experience, which makes the conversations feel grounded and genuine.
